Activities include presentations by experienced genealogists, professional historians and club members, field trips of interest to nearby locations, and opportunities for members to ask questions about their own research.Upcoming 3M Club Genealogy Club Programs:

Bob has been a genealogist for fifteen years and a "Find A Grave" volunteer for more than seven years. He is a very active member of four genealogy groups in the Twin Cities, serving as webmaster for three of those groups. He also leads the Twin Cities Legacy User’s Group that meets monthly.
In his professional career he drove truck in the food service industry for 24 years. During the later part of that career he became very interested in personal computers. After leaving his driving career he spent fourteen years as a computer support technician. He is now enjoying retirement.
Bob will present some do’s and don'ts along with some tips and tricks for using http://www.findagrave.com to its fullest. "Find A Grave" is slowly changing and evolving since Ancestry bought them. They have added some nice features since the last time he gave this talk. More changes can be expected in the next year.
